Witchita has suffered terrible weather but their determination paid off. They have been rescued!!

There are two cities still waiting to be rescued!

Richmond are toughing it out and despite being moved on by police, Chicago refuses to give up. Those abducted in Chicago are making their way back to the Millenium Park and await rescue.

Wow. What a weekend it has been for Invisible Children. In cities all over the world from Auckland to Edinburgh, thousands upon thousands of people gathered and each represented an abducted child in Uganda. They sat out in all weathers and waited to be rescued.

Kristen Bell and Ryan Hansen rescued LA. Chris Lowell rescued New York.

Special mention go to Witchita who gathered despite a tornado warning! Good on you all!

Chicago awaits a rescue. The IC crew are hanging on in there as I type despite being moved on by police. Rescue riders from Cleveland are on their way!

Overall, The Rescue has been a massive success. There has been a lot of media attention which only serves to raise awareness of the child soldiers in Uganda and The Congo.

Congratulations to everyone who took part, especially to those still waiting to be rescued. Hang on in there. Help is on it's way!

Kristen Bell took a seat in the audience of hit show American Idol last night. The actress went along with friend Jed who is better known for his work for charity Invisible Children. Bell donned an IC t-shirt advertising the rally coming up this weekend, The Rescue.
