It's that time of the year when we say goodbye to our favourite shows, some for good. While the season finales air in the US, the big networks announce their Fall schedule for the coming year, and one includes a former Veronica Mars star!

Tina Majorino will return to our television in new law show The Deep End from US network giant ABC. The actress will play a lawyer recruited at Sterling Law, one of L.A.’s most prestigious law firms. Each year it recruits four new young lawyers from the finest law schools worldwide. It will nurture, guide and shape these recruits into the best damned lawyers they can possibly be — or else.

Majorino will play new recruit Addy Fisher. Billy Zane also stars.

Kristen Bell has been keeping a low profile lately and we've got to say, we're missing her! But every girl needs to take a little time off and hang with friends, and that's exactly what the actress has been doing.

Bell was spotted at the Arclight Theatre in Hollywood where she took in a film with long-time friend Zach Quinto. The two didn't stop there. They were also spotted at the Hotel Cafe where American Idol finalist Jackie Tohn performed on Monday night.

Cable network Starz has renewed Party Down, the hit comedy from Rob Thomas. The comedy about a group of LA caterers stars Veronica Mars veterans Ken Marino and Ryan Hansen. Guest stars include Enrico Colantoni, Jason Dohring and Alona Tal. Kristen Bell also appears in the season one finale which airs in the US on 22nd May.
