Spotted: Kristen Bell was waiting in line at Starbucks in Studio City earlier. She was alone but never far away from her mobile, the actress was texting and appeared to be waiting for somebody.

Although Kristen Bell didn't win Best WTF Moment at last nights MTV Movie Awards, she definitely won in the style stakes. The actress wore a black double-bubble strapless dress with killer gladiator shoes which are to die for. Gorgeous.

The CW has not picked up pilot Body Politic which starred Jason Dohring.

The drama about a young congressional staffer (played by Minka Kelly) and her friends working on or around Capitol Hill. Although the writing was said to be good, the show simply did not fit in with the demographic The CW is aiming at.

However, there is a chance that a more "grown up" network such as ABC could pick the show up.

Meanwhile, The CW is apparently considering Gossip Girl spin-off starring Ryan Hansen and Krysten Ritter as a midseason replacement.

Michael Muhney will replace Chris Engen as Adam on Young and the Restless. Engen allegedly walked off set after refusing to go through with a gay kissing scene with costar Yano Gellman.

Muhney, better known as Sheriff Lamb on Veronica Mars, said, "The new job is the likes of which I have never done…and I get to indulge in some interesting, perverse, warped scenarios."

The actor has already joined the cast on-set and filmed his first scenes. He wrote on his website, "My first day on the set was crazy and fun and quite a wild ride. I had to hit the ground running at full speed. I think I need a new pair of shoes, but in these economic times I'll just have my shoes resoled ;-) I'm honored to be a part of such an iconic piece of work and I can't wait to sink my teeth into this thing."
