Ask Kristen Bell A Question
Moviefone is looking for fans to submit questions for upcoming video interviews with the ENTIRE cast of 'Couples Retreat'.

Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau are back together again, but this time they're not scouring Vegas for beautiful babies, they're headed to Bora Bora for a 'Couples Retreat' (opening Oct. 9). In the comedy penned by Vaughn and Favreau, Jason Bateman and Kristen Bell, hoping to amend their fractured relationship, invite their friends -- three couples including Vaughn and Malin Akerman, Favreau and Kristin Davis, and Faizon Love and Kali Hawk -- to a resort that offers a number of couples exercises. It's not until they arrive that they find out that they must take part in the hours of therapy and dreadful bonding exercises, or get off the island.

They'll be sitting down with the entire cast of 'Couples Retreat' for video interviews (and a little therapy of our own) next week -- and they want you to give them questions to ask.

Video: KBell On Self Cover
In the new issue of Self, Kristen Bell is joined by her co-stars of new movie Couples Retreat — Kristin Davis and Malin Akerman. Bell reveals how they stay beautiful from the inside out.

Kristen is a beauty product connoisseur, but the current voice of Gossip Girl says she feels beautiful when she puts down the mascara and picks up the phone to call her funny friends.

“I’m blessed with a comedy troupe of hysterically funny friends,” reveals Kristen. “They can make you laugh all day. As I grow older, I’m learning that if you’re happy on the inside, it will show.”

Check out the video for more:

The staff of Self revealed more from behind the scenes of the shoot:

Kristen Bell walked in second. What a dreamboat. Cute, sexy, and sporty all rolled into one. We had worked together a few years ago for Self, which she remembered (love her.) She also was so easy and fun.

Seyfried Getting Recognition
With the release of Jennifer's Body and Chloe, everybody has an opinion about Amanda Seyfried, and it's all good:

Atom Egoyan's "Chloe," one of his best and certainly most commercial films, begins as a hypnotic story of suspicion and jealousy, and continues through passion and eroticism to an unexpected but logical conclusion. It becomes a battle of wills between the middle-aged wife (Julianne Moore) of a famous professor, and a 20-year-old prostitute (Amanda Seyfried). The professor (Liam Neeson) has a habit of flirting with women that his wife finds troubling, and when he says he missed a flight home on his birthday she doesn't believe him.

She has reason to know that a young blonde women (Seyfried) is a prostitute, and knows how to locate her. She thinks she's her husband's type. She pays her to "meet" her husband and report on how he behaves toward her. I've seen a similar device in other movies, but Egoyan treats it in an entirely different way. The two women find themselves drawn into a web of secrets and confidences, and Egoyan, as so frequently, is a master of sexual obsession and the ways of seduction.

We expect Moore to be a consummate and fearless actress, and so she is. The surprise is Amanda Seyfried. This is not the kind of role she's been playing: Bold, sensuous, intelligent. In this same Toronto festival, in "Jennifer's Body," she plays the victim and foe of a teenage demon (Megan Fox). She does a good job, but with "Chloe" you fully realize that here is an actress worthy of serious consideration.

I don't want to diminish your pleasure in watching this film, so I think I should immediately end any plot description. That means I can't fairly discuss the aspect of the film that interests me the most. I'll have to wait and see how other critics approach it, and then, if I must be a spoiler, I won't be the first one. "Chloe" has many elements in parallel with a famous film classic, but if I even mentioned its title, that would be going too far. Let me just close my saying that few directors bring more focus and intensity to eroticism than Egoyan.

Is Seyfried The Real Star Of Jennifer's Body?
For the record, we're not Megan Fox haters. We're not Megan Fox lovers either. In fact, let's lay it down - we really have no opinion of her whatsoever but we've learned a little more about her from the following article featured online at Film.com. It makes for an educating read. Did she really say that stuff about Michael Bay? Blimey.

This weekend, Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried will face off in the horror/comedy Jennifer's Body. Naturally, Ms. Fox, the lady most likely to infect your computer with a virus if you dare Google her, is getting all the attention for this film, what with her provocative outfits and outrageous "Michael Bay is Hitler" remarks. But a few years from now, Megan will be the one begging for attention while Amanda's career will still be going strong. Here's why:

1. Amanda Seyfried makes better career choices.
So far in her career, Amanda Seyfried has had roles in an HBO drama (Big Love) and a modern cult TV classic (Veronica Mars). She's shared the screen with Meryl Streep (Mamma Mia!) and performed lines written by Tina Fey (Mean Girls). Megan Fox has fought robots.

2. Amanda Seyfried doesn't alienate people who can make or break her career.
Megan Fox raised a few eyebrows recently with an unnecessary rant against Transformers director Michael Bay -- aka the man who made her a household name -- in a recent interview with Wonderland Magazine (read the excerpt at EW.com). Fox compared Bay's on-set personality to that of Hitler and added insult to injury by claiming her boss is socially awkward when he's not behind the camera. The attack earned her a rebuff in the form of a scathing open letter from three anonymous Transformers crew members, who hope to see her character killed off within the opening scenes of Transformers 3 just so they won't have to spend any more time with her on set. This might not immediately scare away any directors looking to hire Fox, but her bad behavior will eventually catch up with her. (If she doesn't believe me, she can ask her Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen co-star Lindsay Lohan.)

3. The "Talent" Factor
The first time I heard of Megan Fox was on a radio morning show shortly before the first Transformers film hit theaters. The DJ was raving about this hot new actress who was certain to become "the next Jessica Alba!" Seeing as how it hasn't been that long since the original Jessica Alba was the one starring in popular yet mediocre action blockbusters and she's already been replaced, that might be a sign that Ms. Fox might need to start worrying about her prospects at a long, successful career.

On the other hand, the first time I heard of Amanda Seyfried, it was when I saw her hilarious performance as the dumbest of the Plastics in Mean Girls. Since then, I've seen her grow into more prominent roles in bigger movies and television shows. Instead of Maxim favorites like Alba, I hear of her being compared to names like Julia Roberts and Reese Witherspoon -- girls who grew up to become Oscar winners and star in modern classics.

Bottom Line: When you hear Amanda Seyfried's name, she's usually being referred to as an actress. When you hear Megan Fox's name, she's usually being referred to as a celebrity. Out of those two career choices, which do you think has more long-term potential?

Moviehole Talks To Seyfried
Amanda Seyfried talks to Moviehole about Jennifer's Body, Chloe and Big Love:

QUESTION: What was your first impression of Jennifer’s Body when you read it? Is it a genre that you would normally be attracted to?

AMANDA SEYFRIED: No. I mean, speaking of, like, a horror genre I’m not interested in doing horror movies at all. I haven’t actually read a horror movie that’s really good. Like, a script that actually makes me interested, except this one, but this one wasn’t so much horror as it was comedy. Diablo’s dialogue – the first couple pages, it was obvious that this was a good set-up. This was a good script, a well-thought-out story, but the synopsis was not so attractive. Cheerleader eats boys in a small town. And you’re like, “Oh, and Megan Fox is starring in it. All right. Well, I haven't seen her in anything but Transformers.” and, I mean, I didn't really know much about her as an actress. So I was like, “Whatever.” And then I read it, and I was thinking, “This character is super different. She’s realistic. She has a massive arc.” And it’s more about her coming of age, her and Megan’s character coming of age, in a really, really exaggerated, funny, creepy way.

Continues after the cut...
