Amanda Is Reunited With Cooper
Amanda Seyfried was recently reunited wth her boyfriend Dominic Cooper when she came over to London to work. The actress was in the UK to promote her new film
Chloe.
The couple got together during the filming of hit movie
Mamma Mia! but in a recent interview, Brit actor Cooper revealed the distance between them was tough.
"I'm working in Dorset on my new film and she’s out in LA. It's tough but we talk all the time."
Amanda has admitted that she would move to the UK in a heartbeat but says it would not be good for her career. The actress said, "It's just that nobody thinks of me when casting British movies. It's a shame, really, because I would put on a British accent in a heartbeat to work here. It's partly because of the scenery, the architecture, the history of it, and a lot of the people I love most in my life live here."
Amanda and Dominic made the most of their time together and were seen leaving a club in London in the early hours of the morning last week with Amanda looking like she'd had a few too many! Good for her! It's nice to see her enjoying herself.

Lynch & Bell Return To Party
This is the kind of news we like to wake up to...
It has been confirmed that Kristen Bell and Jane Lynch will be returning to Party Down.
Bell appeared in the season one finale of the hit comedy series from Rob Thomas and will be making another appearance as Uda Bengt. To make this news even more exciting, Jane Lynch is also making a comeback as Constance Carmell. Lynch was a regular in the first series but moved on to appear in new hit show Glee.
Note: If you haven't seen Glee, we urge you to watch it. E4 has picked it up and will be airing it in the UK in 2010. Not only is this show great fun and full to the brim of musical numbers, but Jane Lynch rocks her role as a snarky teacher. We love her.
Embarrassing Child And Adult Tapes
Kristen Bell has always liked music. The actress who recently revealed she hates the sound of her own voice has admitted to taping herself singing shen she was a child.
"This is going to get weird," Bell admitted. "I remember watching The Little Mermaid and Aladdin and so many others, but those were definitely my two favorites, and deciding I've got to get me singing some of these songs on audio tape and feeling like that was so necessary."
So what has happened to these tapes?
Bell said, "I didn't know what I wanted to do with them but there are somewhere tapes that exist of me with my tiny boom box when I was probably 10 or 11 next to the television singing along into the recorder and I just felt like I should have those on file in case I ever needed them. I hope they never surface. I hope my mother has misplaced them forever but I definitely did that. Oh no, I mean, your parents can do some damage."
But Kristen's music taste has come a long way and the actress has revealed her playlist.
“I will turn up some Miley Cyrus if it’s on in the car,” she laughs with a stunning smile. “I’m not ashamed of that either; I’m really not [Laughs].”
Kristen Bell’s Playlist:
1. Clarence Carter
2. The Spinners
3. The Four Tops
4. Frankie Valli
5. Aretha Franklin
I grew up in MoTown, so I listen to a lot of Clarence Carter, The Spinners, The Four Tops, Frankie Valle or Aretha Franklin.
6. The Postal Service
I really like the Postal Service!
7. Miley Cyrus
She’s got a lot of power over us. She’s got to be respected [Laughs].
8. Jason Mraz
Most of the music I listen to is older, but I also like Jason Mraz and a lot of the easy Jack Johnson beats and coffee house music.
9. Jamiroquai
The Postal Service is good to cruise outer space to because they’ve got that intergalactic beat mixed in. However, I’m going to go High School for you—Jamiroquai. Go with the original Jamiroquia CD because that will rock you!
Kristen Talks About Burlesque And Being An It-Girl
Astro Boy is huge in Japan. Were you familiar with the character before being cast?
I wasn’t familiar with the cartoon or the manga. I had always known the character but never knew from where. It’s had such a long life and there’s been so many incarnations: the 1950s television show, the 1980s one, and he’s so iconic. He’s kind of like the Mickey Mouse of Japan.
Your character, Cora, is tough and sassy. Did you bring some of the Veronica Mars smarts to that role?
I tried to, yeah. I tried to pitch up a little bit and sound a little younger. She definitely is tough and sassy and she’s got a very hard exterior, but she’s kind of a softie on the inside so she’s very similar to Veronica Mars.
You’re a favorite actress of the comic book and animation communities. Do you like comics and cartoons when it comes to your personal interests?
The more I’m exposed to them, the more I like them. It was kind of a fluke that I was accepted by them. I’ve always looked for projects that had good material, period. But I liked writing that I thought was intelligent. It just so happens that most of them are genre projects, and that speaks to how intelligent the geek community it is.
How often do you have to do the Gossip Girl voiceovers?
I go in about every two weeks. It’s exciting because I get to see the episodes in advance, which is nice to be able to hang over my friends’ heads. I feel very important. Even though it’s actually quite an easy job for me, it’s tough on the kids who have to shoot all day every day in New York City. I just go into the post-production office in Los Angeles.
You’re 29 now. Are you happy with where your career’s gone so far?
I couldn’t be happier with the opportunities I’ve been given. I’m very aware of how hard this business is and how it can evaporate in a moment, especially with this whole “It girl” title. It’s fleeting and it doesn’t stay very long. I’m trying to do build a career with longevity and choose projects that are very different so I’m not ever pigeonholed. But I’m very aware that it could all be gone in an instant.
Will being cast in Burlesque mean a lot of dance rehearsals?
We had rehearsal all day today. It’s tough stuff. These girls look fantastic, and I’m trying to work my way up. I’ve surrendered that I’m never going to look like Beyonce – I’m a little bit closer to what a Keebler Elf looks like doing it. But I’m working on it.
How will it be different than the rest of your filmography?
It’s a great opportunity for me to play something a little bit darker, a little bit sexier, because I’m so often cast as the girl next door because I’m small and I have a high-pitched voice. Those are just obstacles I’m up against as an actor – sometimes it’s hard for people to see you in different scenarios and as different characters. She’s a burlesque dancer, which is something sexier than I’ve ever done before and more adult. She’s an alcoholic, and it’s nice to play different roles.
Will it blow people’s minds when they see you as an alcoholic burlesque dancer?
I don’t know if it’ll blow their mind. [Laughs] I’ll just hope that they like it.
